justify;\">\u4eca\u5929\u70ba\u5927\u5bb6\u4ecb\u7d39BioCyc\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u5de5\u5177\uff1a Omic Data Analysis\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6709\u4e00\u500bNGS\u6216microarray\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u60f3\u8981\u770b\u770b\u4e0d\u540c\u6a23\u672c\u6216\u4e0d\u540c\u6642\u9593\u9ede\u4e0b\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u73fe\u503c\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u662f\u5426\u53c3\u8207\u4e86\u90a3\u4e9b\u529f\u80fd\uff0cOmic Data Analysis\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f60\u627e\u5230\u6709\u5dee\u7570\u8868\u73fe\u7684\u4ee3\u8b1d\u9014\u5f91\u5594\uff01<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: -&gt; Cellular Overview\uff0c\u6216\u76f4\u63a5\u9ede\u9078<a href=\"https:\/\/biocyc.org\/overviewsWeb\/celOv.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/biocyc.org\/overviewsWeb\/celOv.shtml<\/a>\u3002<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u53f3\u65b9\u201dOPERATIONS\u201d\u9ede\u9078\u201dUpload Data File\u201d\u5f8c\uff0c\u4f9d\u7167\u5716\u7247\u6307\u793a\u5c07\u6a94\u6848\u4e0a\u50b3\uff0c\u6a94\u6848\u70batab\u5206\u9694\u7684\u7d14\u6587\u5b57\u6a94\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u6b04\u4f4d(\u6b04\u4f4d0)\u5fc5\u9808\u662f\u57fa\u56e0\u540d\u7a31\u6216ID\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u624d\u662f\u6a23\u672c\u7684\u6b04\u4f4d\u3002<\/h3>\n<p><a Pathway Perturbation Score (DPPS)\u503c\u8d8a\u9ad8\u8868\u793a\u6a23\u672c\u9593\u5dee\u7570\u8d8a\u5927\u3002\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9ePathway Perturbation Score (PPS)\u770b\u51fa\u8a72\u4ee3\u8b1d\u9014\u5f91\u5728\u6a23\u672c\u9593\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u5dee\u7570\u3002<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u53e6\u5916\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u201dCellular Overview\u201d\u9019\u500b\u9801\u9762\u4e2d\u770b\u5230heatmap\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u9ede\u9078\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u4ee3\u8b1d\u9014\u5f91\uff1b\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u7522\u751f\u7d71\u8a08\u76f4\u65b9\u5716\u4f86\u6bd4\u8f03\u6a23\u672c\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u91cf\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u8a73\u7d30\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u662f\u500b\u5341\u5206\u597d\u7528\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u3002<\/h3>\n<h3><a
