(brd-1)\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u77e5\u9053\u6b64\u4e00\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5305\u542bZinc-Ring finger \u548cAnkyrin repeats\u7684\u5e8f\u5217\u7279\u6027\u3002<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u5e8f\u5217\u7684motifs \u6216domains \u4e5f\u53ef\u5f9eNCBI \u7684 CD-Search (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/Structure\/cdd\/wrpsb.cgi\">http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/Structure\/cdd\/wrpsb.cgi<\/a>) \u641c\u5c0b\u5f97\u77e5\u3002CD-search \u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7528\u4f86\u641c\u5c0bCDD\u7684\u4ecb\u9762\uff0cCDD\u5305\u542bPfam, SMART, COGs \u548c MMDB \u8f38\u5165\u7684\u5177\u6709\u4fdd\u7559\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8ceapatterns\u6216motifs\u3002 \u5229\u7528\u4e8b\u5148\u8a08\u7b97\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8a08\u5206\u77e9\u9663\u8207\u641c\u5c0b\u7684\u5e8f\u5217\u9032\u884c\u6bd4\u5c0d\uff0c\u641c\u5c0b\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\u70ba\u4e00\u5c0d\u4e00\u7684\u6392\u6bd4\u548c\u53ef\u9023\u7d50\u7684\u4ee5\u4e0d\u540c\u984f\u8272\u8868\u793a\u7684domain\u5340\u584a\u3002\u00a0\u5c55\u958b\u201d+\u201d\u5373\u53ef\u986f\u793a\u5e8f\u5217\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
