新一類的植物GTP酶在細胞內運輸中發揮作用
 
韋保羅實驗室進行正向遺傳學篩選發現,非光營養性-下胚軸3 (NPH3)結構域蛋白 NRL5的突變會導致植物因脯胺酸代謝失調而對乾旱逆境變得過度敏感。進一步的實驗發現,NRL5和其他NPH3結構域蛋白儘管與已知的GTP酶沒有相似性,但仍具有GTP酶活性。
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
透過機器學習預測阿拉伯芥調控蛋白的協同與拮抗作用
