We investigate how immune modulation accelerates cardiac repair in the nonregenerative medaka (Oryzias latipes).

Cellular lysosomal capacity is tightly controlled to match catabolic demands and sustain lysosomal signaling pathways.

Natural killer (NK) cells are promising effectors for cancer immunotherapy, but their efficacy is limited by immunosuppressive tumor microenvironments.

In this study, orphan nuclear receptors were shown to recruit the transcriptional corepressor TRIM28 to telomeres, where it promotes H3K9me3 deposition and facilitates ALT activation.

These findings provide new insights into the molecular basis of plant immune receptor function.
