Asthma is a heterogeneous disease characterized by airway hyperreactivity (AHR) and chronic cough, exacerbated by respiratory viruses or allergen exposure.

These findings reveal a transient phase of mTORC1 suppression in early zebrafish embryos and demonstrate that select maternal and zygotic mRNAs bypass this regulation to ensure proper developmental progression.

By integrating temporal, depth-resolved, and genome-resolved perspectives, this study reveals how a meromictic lake can regain ecological resilience following a major natural disturbance and provides new insight into how climate-driven changes in lake stratification may influence aquatic ecosystems and biogeochemical cycling.
